Henot only does he have the patience and diligence in short listing available inventory of houses in the market based on the "criteria" of the buyer, and ensuring that every house visited is expected and prepared, but he also goes over and beyond in educating the buyer of the purchase process, the rights of a buyer, and providing a short-list of possible suppliers for buyer personalization (of the house) after purchase.
