When our parents passed away, they willed their house to the seven of us in equal shares. This made it somewhat mire difficult for any realtor to sell the house since all seven children had to agree on all provisions. Eddie coordinated the sale seamlessly with the seven of us and with the buyer. Eddie was also very responsive. When any of us had a question, he would respond immediately.

Eddie was a fantastic realtor and did an excellent job helping the family navigate through the successful sale of our home. We interviewed multiple realtors and decided to work with Eddie because of his background with marketing, sales, and communications. Up front, he guided us through the pricing and pre-sale home prep strategies. He has a strong network (i. e., handyman, plumber, electrician) of team members working with him to pull everything together smoothly. He did a nice job marketing the home via multiple channels (e. g. Instagram, website, MLS) using virtual staging techniques. He also held multiple open houses to generate interest. Once the house went to pending status he engaged with the buyer's realtor and title company to address any potential issues. Most importantly, we truly appreciated Eddie's ability to communicate regularly on status and upcoming milestones! Highly recommended!

I want to commend Eddie for a job well done for selling our family home in Salinas. It was quite a unique and sometimes exhausting experience with the buyer, but Eddie was always on top of the situation.
