Although, in today’s competitive market, it’s imperative that you take action before your favorite house is no longer available. Do I need to get Pre-Qualified for a Home Loan?

The answer is, yes.

This is absolutely the first step you should take, unless you’re planning to buy with cash. A mortgage lender will help you identify whether you currently qualify for a home loan, or what improvements you need to make in order to do so.

The qualification process includes many factors, such as; your current income, work history, credit rating, and debts, just to name a few…

By the way, not all lenders are created equal. I have found that many lenders do not operate under the same rules. So finding the right lender for your specific needs is an important factor.

When our parents passed away, they willed their house to the seven of us in equal shares. This made it somewhat mire difficult for any realtor to sell the house since all seven children had to agree on all provisions. Eddie coordinated the sale seamlessly with the seven of us and with the buyer. Eddie was also very responsive. When any of us had a question, he would respond immediately.

Eddie was a fantastic realtor and did an excellent job helping the family navigate through the successful sale of our home. We interviewed multiple realtors and decided to work with Eddie because of his background with marketing, sales, and communications. Up front, he guided us through the pricing and pre-sale home prep strategies. He has a strong network (i. e., handyman, plumber, electrician) of team members working with him to pull everything together smoothly. He did a nice job marketing the home via multiple channels (e. g. Instagram, website, MLS) using virtual staging techniques. He also held multiple open houses to generate interest. Once the house went to pending status he engaged with the buyer's realtor and title company to address any potential issues. Eddie is by far, one of the very best real estate agents I’ve ever worked with. His ability to immediately set up a meeting, explain things that can be extremely overwhelming to consider, have research and comps pulled within days of myself contacting him; gave my family and I confidence and trust in him. Eddie was extremely attentive in helping us sell our home (on the first weekend listed) and purchasing our current home (in an area that rarely sees residences for sale). From his initial consultation, to photographing our home, to recommending financing, to the open house, and scouting out our current home, (we traveled to multiple communities together seeking just the right "fit"), we NEVER felt pressured by Eddie to do something that my wife and I were not comfortable with. In my opinion this was going to be challenging sale for Eddie, but I was wrong. He handled it with professionalism, great care and consideration. One, it was the sale of my mom's mobile home and she had already moved out of state to be near me. She left quiet a few belongings that needed to be removed before listing, which Eddie handled for us. In addition, there was an issue with the parks HOA board that caused significant delays. All the while, Eddie communicated with us regularly, keeping us updated on all the details. My mom is elderly and this sale caused her stress. Eddie was so kind, in checking on her to see how she was doing. He handled tasks for us that we could not do, because we were out of state. Despite, all the hurdles the home sold quickly, thanks to Eddie. With Eddie, not only are you getting a knowledgeable, highly competent agent, you are getting someone that truly cares about your needs. I would 100% recommend Eddie for all your real estate needs.

This review is long overdue, mostly because we're not the people who usually leave any type of reviews, positive or negative, anywhere.

But Eddie's help had such an incredible positive impact in me and my wife's life... I just had to write about this experience and his awesome work.

We are a young couple who were looking to purchase our first small home. We are not loaded in cash nor had the easiest transaction, and due to that we struggled to find a realtor who would take two 20 year olds serious with a home transaction. Until we started working with Eddie. To make a long story short, with his help we found the perfect home for us to start building a family and with the first option we had! I know it's not a common story and times are very hard.
This is why having a good relationship with your realtor is key into making everything as smoothly as possible...

Eddie G sold our house in minimal time with all the returns we hoped and more. It was our first time selling a home and we entered the process with little experience, few resources and a need to close the transaction and move quickly. Eddie educated, and encouraged us throughout the process and even helped with heavy lifting in clearing out stuff that wasn't staying or going with us. The main bath was worn but serviceable and he had a contractor paint it to increase the appeal. He kept us current with updates and information. Going into and out of escrow was fast and went without a hitch. If I could give eddie more than 5 stars I totally would! My husband and I bought our very 1st home about a week ago and it was the easiest process ever! I've heard horror stories and prayed that we would not have the same experience. Eddie was very patient with us ....very professional and very honest with us. If he felt like something wasnt right he would mention it and give us other options. He always called to check up on us which is one thing I really liked about him. He didnt just call to see how the paperwork was going...he would just call to see how we were doing were doing just in general. It showed us that he actually cares about his clients and not just in it for the paycheck. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who is either selling or buying a house. Eddie was absolutely AWESOME and I highly recommend him!!! He has a genuine good heart, is humble, and has a likable personality. He was always on top of everything throughout the entire process and was always willing to go out of his way to expedite it, to the point that he was doing some of the other realtor's job just so things kept rolling with the purchase of our new home. I loved the fact that he was honest, reassuring, and always kept us on the loop with what was going on. Some other realtors try to sugar coat things and/or tell "white lies" so that the buyers/sellers can just be at ease, but Eddie was always honest and my husband and I really appreciated that. Also, we were always able to get a hold of him, and if we would get his voicemail we would get a call back soon after, which was great! Even after everything had gone through, he came and checked on us at the newly purchased property to make sure that we had the keys to our house, that the sellers were out, and that we were happy and had everything we needed. So if you are looking for someone reliable, dependable, who works hard, and who always has his clients best interest in mind, look no further because he's the realtor for you!!!!

Eddie puts his self in your shoes and stays on budget for you.He is very realistic when looking at homes with you.He becomes your best family member looking at all the pros and cons of homes you look at, he will even bring up some things you might miss or overlook when house hunting.
